Program Description

Upon completion of the certificate, students will have basic knowledge & technical skills in the computer graphics, web design, and multimedia fields.

Specific Objectives

Upon completion of this Certificate, students will:

• Analyze design problems and apply creative design solutions to the creation of digital images, digital photographs, web pages, and multimedia.
• Effectively communicate and present information to a broad audience through the use of visual design, interactivity, human interface design, and storytelling principles.
• Demonstrate sufficient artistic and technical skills in a combination of selected areas in computer graphics, web design, and multimedia.
• Incorporate principles from art, photography, film and video into original computer graphics, multimedia, and web page designs.
